The site you posted is your site (based on your profile) and doesn't appear to contain Flash video.  The site contains a bunch of posts, infographics, and HTML5 video, not Flash.  Self-promoting your site is not allowed on these customer-to-customer forums.  If you have a legitimate Flash issue, post a direct link to it.
