I downloaded the newest version of Flashplayer and now dailymotion videos will not play. The box will appear with the loading animation in it but the video never starts to play. It will also play the advertisements. I thought maybe it was my internet speed but videos from other sites play just fine. I browsed through FAQs and searched the internet looking for an answer. I tried all of the option listed on the Flash site but nothing worked. Thanks for any help you might give me. I use Windows 7 64 bit and Internet Explorer.

You are correct. I just surfed over there, and yes, the ads play but NOT THE VIDEO!
Adobe! Help! (Hmmm, what about other sites. I'll hafta to check them, too.)

I tried this on Windows and Mac. I couldn't reproduce this issue.
Could you please go to the following page and let us know the version of Flash Player displayed there?

Thanks,
Sunil

Dailymotion is working for me.
1.) Is it still happening? If so, please provide a complete URL to a video where you're seeing this problem.
2.) As a first step, please check out this video troubleshooting guide:

I too had the same problem , I had to right click on the player, click on settings and disable hardware acceleration. reload the page and the video should load. Maybe this is something adobe can look at, my graphics card is an Ati mobiliy Radeon Hd 5470 running on windows 7 home 64 bit.
Hope this helps

Hi Sean,
Please download the latest available drivers from ATI, and see if the issue persists. If it does, we'd like to take a look. The best way to get the problem in front of an engineer is to file a bug over at http://bugbase.adobe.com. Include the site you're seeing the crash on, and the output of dxdiag (Start > Run > dxdiag. Save all the output and just attach it to the bug.)
Thanks!
