Does Flash Player interfere with the operation of Windows Movie Maker?

I recently installed the latest version of Flash Player and suddenly I can no longer upload movies created in Windows Movie Maker to Facebook.  I keep getting the message "video_upload is not a member of the permissions table (602)".  I looked this up and it refers to videos containing copyrighted materials.  None of my videos do.  They are simply videos shot with my Canon camera on the street with nothing added.  They in no way contain copyrighted materials.  I tried uploading videos I'd successfully uploaded before and got the same message.

I was having no problem uploading videos until I installed the latest version of Flash Player.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and how I might resolve it?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
