Error window keeps showing up.

I keep getting this error message.

It pops up about five times a day.  I am on windows vista 64 bit.  Flash version 11.2.202.233

I haven't noticed it creating problems when I watch youtube but it is very annoying. 

I tried to reinstall flash but the error window keeps popping up.  Anyone else seen this or know of a fix?

What is your anti-virus software?  Make sure that you have the latest available version installed.

I have Bit Defender Pro 2011.  Getting updates doesn't seem to keep the window from popping up.
