EULA Problem

I am unable to open a PDF on my lap top, can you please help me? Gives me an error message about my EULA.

Windows: C/Program Files (x86)/Adobe/Reader 11.0/Reader

Double click the Eula.exe and accept the agreement.

Mac:

Mac HDApplications/Adobe Reader.app

Double click the app. First time it opens, you'll see the agreement. Accept it and you're good to go.

including our IT people at work and no-one could tell me what I needed to
