Finally got FP downloaded, but it doesn't work

I downloaded ,,,FINALLY FP 11.1.102.55

But Youtube won't work, it tells me to download FP new ver.

This happens every tine FP is upraded....WHY ???

I am using IE8 on a 32 bit PC I was able to download FP 11.1.102.55

IT WILL NOT WORK with Youtube, and others

PLEASE HELP

On IE8 add-ons, do you see Shockwave Flash object, and is it enabled?
