When I play any flash videos in full mode on my second screen, there is  empty space on the bottom and top of my screen. This started happening  recently after I updated my flash. If I move the video over to  my primary screen, I can view the video in full mode with any white  borders. I am including 2 images to show the difference. On my primary  screen you see that the video takes advantage of my whole screen, while  on the secondary screen, there is empty space on top and bottom. This  just started happening recently and I am trying to figure out what is  causing it. The resolution on my primary screen is 1600 x 900 and on  secondary screen is 1440 x 900.

My guess (and it's only a guess) is that your video settings are constraining the proportions of the full screen so it becomes 1440 X 810, leaving you with 45 pixels on top and bottom.
