Flash.ocx file

New PC Studio from Samsung does not work anylonger as a flash.ocx file is missing. Who can help me?  Thanks

What files do you have in C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash ?

The software which requires flash.ocx is: Samsung New PC Studio.

I see that you don't have the Flash Player ActiveX installed; download it from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_hea... (under the heading Progess bar hangs...).

This may fix the problem with your software.

Flash player for Firefox has been installed. I have updated again today. New PC Studio still does not function. According to Sanmsung it is because of the missing flash.ocx file

To obtain the Flash Player ocx you must install the Flash Player ActiveX component for Internet Explorer.

There may be further actions involved, but you must first install the ActiveX.
