Flash on Android 2.2?

New Here ,
May 04, 2011 May 04, 2011

Hello

i just bought a HTC Wildfire with Android 2.1. I immediatly updated it Android 2.2, but my Flash isn't working now. How come?

They told me at the shop that 2.2 had built-in Flash, that i didn't have to install it. I guess mine hasn't built-in flash... Can someone help?

Hi I don't see that model on the list phones supported for Adobe Flash Player. This list was just updated on 4/4/11. However, it is best to contact HTC's website to see if they have recently added the Wildfire model.

Adobe site for supported devices:

http://www.adobe.com/flashplatform/certified_devices/smartphones.html

If you find out that Wildfire is not Flash Player ready then I would contact HTC and or the Carrier or whenever you purchased it, since you were told it came with Flash Player Installed.

Thanks,

eidnolb
