Flash Player 11 won't download

I try downloading the New Flash Player 11 and get 'Download Configuration Failed' error message. I've tried uninstalling previous version then installing. I've tried a direct link from other forum posts. The installation completed but I can't find the Flash Player. I need help.

I'm having the same problem.

In my case, I have uninstalled the old version.  Have not been able to successfully re-install the new version.  I get the same error message:

"Download Configuration Failed"

I'm using Windows Vista - Home Premium (32 bit)

Firefix 8.0 (32 bit?)

Downloaded from this page:

That doesn;t help us just give us a bunch of worthless infromation we need help getting flash player to work
