Flash Player does not work for specific website (www.picmonkey.com)

New Here ,
Sep 14, 2016 Sep 14, 2016
  • Operating system version: Windows 10
  • Web browser and version: Chrome 52
  • Flash Player Version: 23.0.0.162

I go to www.pickmonkey.com, click on "edit" and select a picture. Then it first says "initialization timeout" and then "Ruh-roh, Shaggy! We can't get the editor loaded. Please try refreshing this page, or restarting your browser. Still can't get PicMonkey to start? Your Flash Player may need to be updated. Get Flash"

I seem to have the latest version, and tried all the problem solving steps provided here, but nothing helps.

Thank you for your answer. I have the latest version of Google Chrome though, so there's nothing to update (it updates automatically)...
