Flash Player keeps crashing

I have the latest edition of Flash Player installed. It keeps crashing. Using W7 Home Premium (32-bit) SP-1, 2GB ram and it crashes almost constantly. What do I do. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, followed Adobe's suggestions for Firefox browsers, Nothing works. What now?

Please provide following information:

When does the crash occurs? Is there any particular site for which crash occurs?

Is it a Firefox only issue? What version of Firefox are you using?

Ok.  I have the latest version of Firefox (37.0.2) Laptop is a Toshiba Satellite M45 running with W7 (32-bit) 2 GB RAM. It appears to crash when ever Flash Player needs to play a sound. It works fine in IE9..
