Flash Player not saving games

New Here ,
Oct 03, 2011 Oct 03, 2011

I installed the newest version of flash player. Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit. With the last version of flash player, flash games saved to the Macromedia folder on my hard drive, but whenever I would close the browser the saved games would be deleted (using Chrome, latest version). However, I could cover the game files to another folder before closing the browser to keep my saved game. With the newest version of flash player no game files are being saved at all, or, if they are, the location of the files has changed. I would really like to be able to save my game files so I don't have to start anew each time I want to play on armorgames.com, etc.

Anyone else have this problem or a solution?

Flash LSO's are now deleted if you delete cookie's on exit from the browser.  Check your Tools > Options > Under the Hood > Content Settings > Cookies setting.

True, however, even with the browser still open there are no LSO files. There was a typo in my post above. With the last version of flash I could copy the LSO files to another folder while the browser was still open, then paste the LSO file back in place before playing the next time. Now there is no saved information from, for instance, armorgames.com for me to copy in the first place.

Go to the Control Panel and double click the Flash Player icon.  Is Allow sites to save infromation on this computer selected?

Yes, it is selected. No LSO files are being created or stored on my computer in either Chrome or IE, and I check with the browser still open. I've changed no settings whatsoever from the previous version of flash and was able to find the LSO files with the browser still open.
