flash player plugin being weird, can't click anything

Guest

I have the latest firefox 3.5.3 and mac leopard 10.5.8 and my flash player is being very troublesome.

The flash player on my computer works fine with published .swf's-

but when I go to any embedded flash I can't click on any of the buttons or anything that's part of the flash. I can interact with the keyboard fine, like in games, but I can't click.

It makes it very annoying working with youtube, as I can't play or pause or move the marker, or anything, and also I can't even press, let's say a "play" button on any kind of flash. Usually I have to click 100 times or right click or hold it down really long...or something else really weird to get it to sort of work.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Should I try a reinstall or something? Bleh...
