Flash player restarts my computer

Hi

Flash player randomly restarts my computer. My OS is Windows 7, processor - core i7, videocard gtx260.  It occures at random time, doesn't display any message, just restarts the computer. It is very frustrating - I've just bought a new computer. It doesn't matter in what browser - tried IE8, FF, Chrome. Do you know what could be the cause of this behavior, or how to diagnose what is happening?. Installed the latest nvidia video drivers, updated directX, latest flash player and still the same.

No, nothing about flash player. There are errors about some drivers failed to load due to incompatibility, but the first one is from Asus smart doctor and the others are from Star force protection and Tages protection. It seems they are not related to flash.

I've also noticed that youtube is working fine - no restart at all. It happens frequently on these videos - http://www.pixologic.com/zclassroom/homeroom/. Yesterday was browsing web pages and it restarted againg, probably a banner with flash caused the restart.

Today I've opened a page from pixologic and this time ~4 seconds after starting the video everything freezed with buzzling sound and the only option was to push reset button.
