flash player uninstaller help

I just installed the uninstaller for Adobe Flash Player, I closed all browsers and tried running the uninstaller but its telling me Internet Explorer is conflicting with it running and that it will resume once the conflicting application is closed. im not sure what the problem is because internet explorer is closed when i ran it. can anybody help with this?

There's still some process running, that's identifying itself as Internet Explorer.

 

Go to Task Manager, make sure you select to view all process from all users.  Look for the Internet Explorer process and terminate it.

Alternatively, restarting your system will terminate all processes running.  You can do that, then run the unistaller first thing after the system restarts.
