Flash player with Windows embedded 8 Standard

I can install Flash player into Windows embedded 8 Standard,

it's worked fine on Adobe web page, but it can't work on Yahoo and other web page,

what should I do now?

Browser: Internet Explorer 10 (10.0.9200.16384)

Flash Player : 18.0.0.194

for example, you could help to check the below website which can't work on my environment
