i have a program called Moyer you tube downloader that is telling me that i require flash player 10.0.12.36 or higher vershion and i am running windows 7 ultimate with flash player 11-7 after last update but when i go to open the program this is the mess that comes up.

Latest version of Flash Player officially supported by Adobe is 11,6,602,180. You said 11-7 so it might be 11.7 beta release from labs.adobe.com. Please uninstall beta version and install GM version from http://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Did you install both ActiveX and plugin?  Check with that software maker what they require.  Or check if they have a newer program version available.
