Flash plugin 18.0.0.203 crash in our Flex Application

We have an application that lives on www.website.com. It is pulling images from service.website.com. Any browser with the updated Flash plugin will get the message 'The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed'.  If the browser's plugin has not been updated, it does not display this behavior.  This is preventing our users from using this application.  It is not an option to move either the application or the files to the same domain.  What can be done to fix this issue.  Is there a way that we can do something with the headers of these images.flashcrash.jpg

We are experiencing the same. Tried all day to track down a cause in our code.

Anything 18.0.0.194+, any browser, on Mac and PC: Safari, Chrome, Firefox, IE. Always crashes within a few minutes of use.

Our SWFs weren't crashing like this before 18.0.0.194.

Not sure if Adobe is actually acknowledging this yet. Feels like a build was rushed due to the security issues.

We found that removing the drop shadow property in our application has fixed our issue. I do hope that Adobe addresses this and releases a new plugin soon.

Can I get links to applications that cause the crash?  Would be great if I could get the one with and without drop shadows.  Feel free to email me directly - ccampbel@adobe.com

My game is experiencing the same.

Multiple users started reporting crashes out of the blue (nothing changed in the game's end since last hotfix several weeks ago), and all of them have confirmed the .203 version.

We believe we have a reproducible case now and we'll be testing a fix over the next couple of days.  If anyone has a link that they'd like verified, please send it to me in email and we'll try it out.

I have a number of websites that have been experiencing crashes in Google, IE and Firefox since the 18.0.0.203 update was released. These are all commercial website using a simple slide show based on Banner Slideshow by FMedia. ( http://activeden.net/item/banner-slideshow-with-smooth-text-animation/46008?_ga=1.164779199.18352077... ).

We have used this code for simple slideshows for about 5 years and never had an issue until this past week.

Additional information:  This error is causing both Google Chrome and Firefox to not display the Flash Media, but it is causing MS IE 11 to completely crash, rendering the entire website unusable.  This is a serious issue and is costing my clients sales and good will.
