Flash Plugin constantly crashed and Flash Storage stays at zero

Windows 8.1 on HP Pavilion laptop.  Have latest Firefox version per adobe Flash checker.

CONSTANT Flash Plugin crashes also crash Firefox.

Hardware Acceleration has always been unchecked.

Storage slider stays on zero and cannot be removed

I assume local storage fills and cannot handle new data...

Constant use of Remove History fixes the problem for a day.

Why is this not fixed?

Don;t know anything about the site, or flash player either.
