Flash stop working properly all browser

Hi Adobe community,

I'm using

WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE 32BIT

Adobe Flash Player - Version: 17.0.0.134

Chrome - 41.0.2272.101 m

Firefox   36.0.4

Problem:

1. Flash videos are not working stuck on buffering, including embedded or non embedded flash players, but only youtube & facebook video is working, except dailymotion, metacafe, and all video sharing website.


List of solutions that i have already tried

1. uninstalling and reinstalling of Flash

2.clear cache and history also cookie

3. uninstalling and then reinstalling of all the browsers

4. scaned with antiviruses and CCleaner.

5. disabeling all the extensions in chrome like adblocker and downloaders

6. disable hardware accelration


EXCEPT WINDOWS XP Is WORKING WELL


please help me !!

Disabling hardware acceleration isn't going to help performance.  If it didn't make a difference in the symptoms, turn it back on.

The "buffering the whole video before it plays" symptoms are usually related to anti-virus or software firewall products.  Frequently you'll have to uninstall them to see a difference in behavior.  It would be interesting to know what you're using, and if that makes a difference.  If it doesn't, definitely reinstall it.  If the problem goes away, you may want to investigate competing products and/or talk to the vendor about the issue.
