Flash suddenly won't work

• Windows 7 (32-bit)
• Google Chrome (Version 52.0.2743.116)
• Flash Player version 22.0.0.209

My flash player has been unable to load anything for about a week now and up until that point I've never had an issue before. I've gone through every troubleshooting step I could find to no avail.

No specific website isn't working. It's anything that uses the player.

No error messages.

OK,

So lets start simple.

Close ALL chrome windows

Delete this folder:

c:\users\%username%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\PepperFlash

.Relaunch Chrome and try a flash site.
