Use the MSI installer: http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_13_plugin....

It works a lot of times when the regular one won't.

Mike It stops part way through the installation and it still comes up with the same message “Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected”.
