I updated it, and it shows up as installed, but everytime I try to view something online, it tells me to download it again and won't play.  Help. I know little about computers.  I'm trying to ask Adobe, but only got this screen - SOOOO how do I ask Adobe this??

I assume that you only see the "You need the latest Flash Player" with IE 11, is that correct?
