FP Icon in Windows 10

New Here ,
Nov 23, 2016 Nov 23, 2016

I am using windows 10 (64bit) and I always use the latest version of the Adobe flash player (at the moment 23.0.0.207)

Adobe shows, when I check for an update that I am using a 64bit system that is correct.

After down load finished and installation is done, the windows system control shows that a 32bit version is installed, but is that correkt ?

should it not be a 64bit indication. Also when I check the flash player with "attribute" it shows 32bit.

MfG

Hi,

You have the correct Flash Player installed on your machine. We have a universal Flash Player, which works on 32bit and 64bit machines. Control Panel icon does list Flash Player 32 bit so you have nothing to worry about.

Thanks!

Hi,

The 32-bit item you are seeing in the Control Panel\All Control Panel Items is the Flash Player Settings Manager, which is a 32-bit application.  This isn't the Flash Player ActiveX Control/Plugin itself.  That item is listed in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items.
