Freeze with Firefox 13 and Flash Player 11.3

I have the worst crashing issue from what I read.  Any flash activity causes Firefox to completly FREEZE 100% of the time on any site with flash.  I tried the protected mode test, same issue.  I tried a new Firefox profile same issue.  I submitted a full bug report.

Win7 32 bit, newest firefox newest flash.

I disabled my avast antivirus in case it was a problem, and it did not fix it. Is there any log file or whatnot in firefox anywhere that you would like me to send?  i can send any file u just tell me where to locate it.  I am not a noob.

Was this problem never solved?  I'm having the exact same issue, flash player freezes in chrome after a few seconds of a video playing.  SUPER ANNOYING.

Tried uninstalling flash and installing and it didn't work.  Currently using google chrome (can try with other browsers but don't think it will matter).  Disabling hardware acceleration doesn't help either.

We'd be happy to investigate, but we need some actionable details. 

Please give us the output of dxdiag.exe

Go to start > run > dxdiag

Save the output to a file

Post the details here, or give us a link to dropbox or something.

Let us know what Flash Player version you're using.

(Right click on Flash content and you'll see the version in the context menu)

Also, please provdie a direct link to a video or videos that exhibit the problem.
