G930 headset

I have sound in my games but no sound on youtube.  Have flash player 12.0.0.77, Windows 7 Home 64 bit.

Been reading the forum and you all are talking about Version 11.  Do I need to back up to 11?

Using Mozilla Firefox 28.

Someone mentioned 'turning on virtual 7.1 on headset'.  Where and what is that?  I'm not too computer

savvy.

When I run my software for the headset using surround sound I get, and hear ,all the channels.

Have you checked Logitech's support pages for the G930?

The following operating systems include built-in drivers to natively support the basic functions of the G930:

• Windows XP (Service Pack 2 and above)
• Windows Vista
• Windows 7

Functions supported without software:

• Headphone/Audio playback
• Microphone/Audio recording
• Volume adjustment dial

You must install the G35 software in order to use the Dolby 7.1 surround sound and to program the G-keys.

Mike,Thanks I have read everything on logitech's website. I have surround sound with the software, I downloaded, for my head phones.   Just can't get sound on you tube.

Puzzles me.

Does Flash find it in the settings?

Hi Mike.   What version of Flash Player do you have.  Mine is 12.  I do not have a setting that looks like yours?  Have been reading a few other posts and they are saying to revert back to 11.  True?  Do you have to have a codec package?

No codec package

My headset is the H390 USB

I use it with XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, OS10.6, OS10.7, OS01.8 & OS10.9
