Get rid of flash player

Flash player starts automatically on my browser even though its uninstalled from device , also, browser settings have been set to ask first before turning on flash player which i NEVER require, but it still starts running without permission, how do i get rid of it?

I also have uninstalled adobe reader, i still keep seeing adobe temp file on my device, how to stop that? What else is there from adobe on my device?

Some browsers embed Flash Player and the embedded version cannot be removed:

As of Windows 8, Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE, and in Edge (Windows 10). Since it is embedded, it is a component of the browser and there is no way to uninstall it. You can, however, disable it. To disable it, do the opposite of the enable instructions:

Google embeds Flash Player in Chrome (for at least 5 years now, if not more). While you can delete the files, Chrome will simply download them again. You can, however, disable it. See Use or fix Flash audio & video - Computer - Google Chrome Help and do the opposite of 'enabling Flash in Chrome'
