Hi,
My Google Chrome integrated flash player is up-to-date, but some online videos cannot be played online. I'm running 32- bit flash player on Windows 7 i5. The current version of my Chrome flash player is 11.8.800.115. The video website in question is www.athleanonline.com. When I try to play some of the videos on the online portal, I will receive error messages such as the one in the black box shown in the following image.
I have contacted the technical support of that online portal and I was advised to try using Firefox or ensure that my flash player is updated. I've also tried the troubleshooting solutions provided by Adobe, but all these were done to no avail. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

When you check in your plugins (chrome://plugins in the address bar), is Adobe Flash Player "Always allowed"?

Yes, I've checked the 'always enabled' option as shown in the screenshot below. But I notice that there are 2 shockwave flash types in here. Could there be some kind of conflict between the two?

No conflict. One's Flash Player, the other's Shockwave.

I also noticed that the one on top says 'PPAPI (out-of-process)'. What does this mean and does this have any implications for online videos?
