Green and black (mostly green) screen when playing videos

I just recently did a clean install of Windows 10 a few days ago and I've come up with a few issues. In the attempt of using multiple video players online, I'm either presented with a green or black screen accompanied with the audio of the video. Mostly I've come across video players with a green screen when played; the issue can quickly be fixed if I jump to a later time in the video and then move it back to the beginning of the video to resume watching. For video players with black screens, I could not (with what little to no IT knowledge I have) get it to work. A good example of this is any videos I try to play in Dailymotion. Other than YouTube, these issues persist with all basic video players I try. I'd appreciate any feedback and will answer any questions if needed, thank you!

I speak for Thread opener -

Doesnt matter all Flash Videos nearly start with Green Video. A URL : Akamai Edge Flash Demo

Here i took a video of mine similar Problem : Flash - YouTube

System Windows 10 - AMD E350 - Happens on Windows Edge Browser + Firefox both same.

Tried on Firefox older versions of Flash doesnt helped. Looks like something is broke on Windows 10 side or Flash Side or Graphiccard Vendor. Now we can w8 10 Years to fix this Problem i believe.
Why my internal HTML5 Player is Display + Running without any Problems... NO Performance Hit not Choppy its running like it should be.

But Flash Video is broken for sure.

Lucky my wife is playing - only her Flash Games on Facebook wich works... But some Videos who are based on Flash Video shows Green...

Yep, everything worked fine until I updated from Windows 8.1 to 10. In replying to the first guy, I tried finding a video that would just even load the page properly on all three browsers. I found even more issues while doing so. Some videos remain green or black, some even play normally despite others not working normally on the same site. I have no clue what's going on. This is all just a big headache that came along with the update to Windows 10. I do hope this doesn't take ten years to fix though.

It's not just one site or video url I'm getting the green/black screen on. But here's an example: http://kissanime.com/Anime/Nichijou/Episode-001?id=22574

While I was trying to find a video URL that would even load properly on all three browsers, I stumbled upon more issues. But for now, these are the results of loading this url in all three browsers:

  • Edge: Black screen with audio
  • IE: Black screen with audio
  • Firefox: Green screen with audio

None of these were able to fix by skipping to a later point in the video. There was an HTML5 player option, this also caused black screens with audio in all browsers except IE, which played properly.

Kratika Agarwal. Is the plan to just ignore this problem. I'm having the very same issues I've posted about this even submitted a bug report a couple days ago and have yet to hear anything from anyone at Adobe regarding this issue.

I've done the work through and submitted a bug report after that did not help resolve the issue. Please is there anything else ? Is there no one at Adobe that might have an idea why so many people where effected.

I've tried uninstall/reinstall twice. once using windows uninstall tool and once using Adobe uninstall tool.

I'm not a tec person, but it seems like there may be some kind of issue with the flash player that is imbedded in windows 10

Do I tried opening the .cfg with notepad and tried deleting all the text and setting it to DisableHardwareAcceleration=1 but when I attempt to save it, notepad states that access is denied.
