Try this

• download the Flash Player uninstaller from http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_14157
• close all browser windows and run the uninstaller
• reinstall Flash Player from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

If you still having troubles after this, post back with more information, e.g. what browser you are using.

I also have this problem. It was working fine until I downloaded an update for adobe a couple of days ago. now it doesn't work. I have uninstalled itreinstalled it. installed it in safemode. nothing works!  Please help!  I also have Vista.

Ok i fixed mine!!! Yay!  use this link run the uninstaller, once you start it close your internet explorer, then procede with uninstall.  then re install flash player.  it should work now!!!!
