How do I save my flash data?

I will be reformatting my HD soon and I want to make sure that I have my flash data saved, as some of the online games that I've played save their data through flash. Where would I find the default place that adobe flash saves the information so that I make sure that I have a copy of it before I blitz my system. I use Firefox.

Is it saved in the application data of the documents and settings folder perhaps? Is there a way to tell the difference if there are perhaps one under my name but then one under all users or something like that?

Each user has its own Application Data (%APPDATA%\Adobe\Flash Player and %APPDATA%\Macromedia\Flash Player).
