How to Enable logging in Flash player debugger

Hello, I'm troubleshooting a flash player issue that some of our European offices are dealing with. I'd like to get logs from a working/non-working Mac and compare. I though I could accomplish this by installing the Adobe Flash Player Debugger. However this flavor of flash seems to not output any logs. I configured the debugger via this Adobe KB: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/configure-debugger-version-flash-player.html however no logs are written when the Flash player is used in a web browser. I've tried removing Flash and re-installing the Flash player debugger and rebooting. No success in either case.

Does anyone have any advice for getting this working?
