How to fix Flash Player buffering entire video before playing?

Community Beginner ,
Feb 05, 2015 Feb 05, 2015

I am using the most up to date version of flash (16.0.0.305), windows 7, and the problem persists across all browser (IE, firefox, chrome). Today all flash videos are buffering the entire video before playing and i can't seem to figure out how to fix it. I've gone through the entire troubleshooting from Video playback issues (i.e. clearing caches, re installing chrome, re-installing flash, etc.) and nothing seems to change it. Youtube and other premium streaming services (ex. netflix) work fine which suggests the streaming problem is specific to flash. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did fresh format once again and everything works perfect. I'm gonna try windows updates before the drivers, if they're the culprit will be easy to see. I'll let you know.

After install all drivers, works perfect, but then I did some update and started to do the same, so I think is updates fault. Anyway there's no way to fix it i guess.

You can uninstall Windows Updates from the control panel.  If you can isolate it down to a particular KB, that would be very helpful.  Maybe it's a language/region specific or something.  It seems unlikely, but stranger things have happened.

Ok i did IE reset and it does the same every explorer, IE included. This doesnt make any sense at all. I'm afraid that is some Wupdate and after a new fresh install I'll get the same problems.
