How to zoom out when playing video full screen?

New Here ,
Oct 31, 2013 Oct 31, 2013

Upgraded to Windows 8.1 last week on my Surface Pro tablet and now some websites are playing videos "too zoomed in" when in Full Screen mode. I only see the top-left (60%?) of the video screen, and can't shrink the size.

Some websites seem fine though. This happens in both desktop and metro versions of Internet Explorer. I have cleared the cache, deleted temp files, etc.

Websites that are experiencing issue: MSNBC.com videos, CNN.com videos, Xfinity.comcast.com videos

Website not experiencing issue: metacafe.com

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks, tried but no go.

Every time I go to Full Screen and see the zoomed in video...once I hit "Ctrl" it pulls it back into an embedded video within the webpage (like hitting Esc while it's playing). I don't even get to hit "0" before it does anything.

Tried this in both Desktop and Metro versions of IE. Same result.

Any other thoughts?

It doesn't list a procedure for Internet Explorer 11 which I'm using on my Surface Pro and Windows 8.1?
