I'm trying to install Flash Player on an older system running Windows Vista Home Premium. Do I need an older version of Flash Player?

I'll second that... While it isn't "officially" supported, I have Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit (SP2) with Flash Player 11.9.900.170 (ActiveX and standard plugins as well as PepperFlash (Chrome)) and they ALL work.

Actually, unlike Adobe Reader, Flash Player is officially supported on Vista: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/tech-specs.html
