Is "dllultimatesoft.com" phishing or a scam?

Twice, I have come across a new tab in Firefox (OK, I leave it up overnight) that states something like "We recommend you update your Flash Player" and the little legal on the page indicates it is from "dllultimatesoft.com"

I am guessing this is not an Adobe-generated real update, but some phishing or other virus-type program? Thoughts?

Thanks!

You're guessing correctly.

If it looks like this:

It's DEFINITELY fake, as there is no such thing as Flash Player Pro.

Thanks, Mike!

Yes, you have it precisely. I normally just slam those tabs shut, but this one had the "right" look on the graphics, etc., until I read the legal.

Dawn

That page shows up on systems where the router has been compromised (hacked).  It shows up when the user tries to visit Google or Facebook.
