So I found the non de-bugger version in the zip file. Now my question is where do I find version 27.0.0.130 for Chrome and Firefox?

They are all in the zip file. flashplayer27_0r0_130_win.msi is for Firefox and flashplayer27_0r0_130_winpep.msi is for Chrome.

Note that, by default, Chrome loads the most recent version of Flash Player installed on the system, either the embedded version, or the manually installed version. In your case, if you install Flash Player PPAPI 27.0.0.130, Chrome will continue to load the most recent version, not 27.0.0.130.
