Seriously though, NPAPI is deprecated. It's already out of Chrome and Firefox, and now it's gone in Safari v12 (which happens to be the default version in Mojave, but it's also gone in Sierra and High Sierra if Safari v12 gets installed). So unless Adobe re-writes Flash from NPAPI to "Web Start" (I have no idea if that's even possible), it's dead.
