Chrome uses a proprietary plug-in ("PepperFlash") that's embedded in the browser by Google®.

It can't be:

-Updated

-Downloaded

-Repaired  or

-Upgraded

from here...

You can install the Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers) and then disable PepperFlash in Chrome:

That forces Chrome to "fall back" on the standard (NPAPI) plug-in.

Otherewise, the only option is to uninstall and reinstall Chrome.

Okay Mike, I hear what your saying, but I need you to walk me thru this whole process if you would.

Where do I go to disabe this ("PepperFlash") and while looking at your Pop Up, do I do a diable all the way down on the Diagram ???

Also, which Link do I click on on the Adobe website.

In Chrome, type "chrome://plugins" in the address bar.

In the upper right click "Details"

Then, scroll down to the Adobe Flash Plug-in section.

IF you've installed the Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers), then you'll see a PepperFlash plug-in and the one you just installed.

Disable the PepperFlash, and restart Chrome.

ANYtime you view Flash content after that, it will "fall back" on the standard plug-in.

If you reply from email, you can't.

You need to log in here and use the "camera" icon to put up images.

Mike I did use the camera ICON and didn't know how to get out of it to take me back to my reply page.  One other thing, I moved the SNAPSHOT from my Library Folder and put it on my Desktop, will it being on my desktop pose a problem ???

And by the way, I have never received any E-mails from your replies, I just keep going back and forth to see if you replied.

Thanks

Debra
