Need help with Flash 11

[0-0-0-0-0]

I am having trouble with Flash Player version 11. Several times I have tried to install version 11, and it says it is been installed correctly, but it isn't working. All older versions have been uninstalled but I still cannot watch videos online.

My computer says that I have the latest version, but the Adobe site says otherwise. I would greatly apprecite some help with this.
