No password for update of Flash Player

I have an IMac using OS X Yosemite ver 10.10.5 I can't update Flash Player because it wants a password and I have no idea what it is...HELP

The password has nothing to do with Adobe!
The password is YOUR administrator password on YOUR computer; there is nothing in these forums that will give you the admin password on your machine.
Once you determine this then you should be able to install flash player.
