Obtaining the Offline Installer for Flash Player

New Here ,
Aug 01, 2017 Aug 01, 2017

I have applied three different times for a license to redistribute Adobe Flash Player onto my systems that do not touch the internet.  I have not heard back from Adobe neither time for a link to obtain the download.  The adobe.com domain is not blocked and therefore all emails from Adobe are clear for delivery to my inbox.

Can someone please assist on how I can obtain the latest offline install version of Adobe Flash Player?

I'm sorry we haven't gotten back to you.  When did you apply?  It can take up to three business days, though most of the time it's immediate.

Please email me (ccampbel@adobe.com) the Adobe ID/email address you used to request the distribution license and I'll follow-up with the licensing team.  For reference, please include a link to this discussion topic.

Thanks,

Chris

For what it's worth, the email from noreply@adobe.com has an encrypted PDF attached.  In all of the cases I've looked into recently, our response is getting snapped up at the recipient's network perimeter before it reaches the recipient's inbox.  I'd highly recommend talking to your email administrator.
