Playing games in POGO that use the flash player

Can anyone help me figure out why pogo games that use the flash player won't load on my computer anymore?  I have been able to access them fine until yesterday. Now when I push "start game" on those games that use Flash (Sweet Tooth, Clues, etc.), I only get a blank yellow screen.  I I hope someone can help me as this affects many games I play.  Or can someone tell me who to go to  (a person) that can help?  Thank you!

Hi Mike,

I have Windows 8.1 and use Internet Explorer with a Flash Player that is 12.0 or higher.  The games have been working fine, but when I went in yesterday I could not access those that are listed under flash.  Just get the yellow screen as I explained above.  Other games not using flash work fine.  I can't remember making any changes to my computer that would do this, so wondering if sometning is different in Pogo.  Thank you for your help!

Suzanne

PS:  I did go to the trouble shooter information for Flash players on Pogo and went through all the steps listed, but none worked.  I'm not sure what else to do...

Hi Mike, I do not see where I can post original problem, but it is with pogo also. I have win 7, Google Chrome 35.0.1916.153, Flash 14.0125. I followed pogo's suggestions deleting flash folder under appdata \ adobe and appdata \ macromedia (left off per cent signs and extra spaced. Then deselected enabled Hardware acceleration and increased storage to 10MB. I can play their java games but none of the Flash. This problem just started a few days ago. Not sure why. I have run my Norton antivirus to the inth degree, nothing showed up. I have also had problems since then with the Whiterock eagle cam, but somehow if I run file clean up I can get the cam to work. Not sure if related. JudyM2014

Open the Adobe Flash Player page- Remember one thing that if a flash player is get updated into your PC device, it reflects one version information box that shows your installation.

Now you need to compare the fresh installed version which you've recently upgrade it along with the latest flash player version in your OS device. The version should be latest when you're trying to installed it yourself. Hence we suggest a Pogo users to download the recent newly latest version into your  computer device and then refresh it to load it. If getting troubles, contact us at Pogo technical support.
