So I have the same problem as Warden01 but I don't have RealPlayer installed. Turning off protected mode fixed it for now, but yeah...that leaves me vulnerable. Any ideas? I'm running Flash 11.3 on the latest version of Firefox.

I've branched this into a new discussion since the problem you're experiencing is different that the one the other folks were seeing.
We'll continue to work through this with you until we figure out a solution.

I'm particularly interested in knowing if launching Firefox in Safe Mode works for you. If so, I'd like to know what plug-ins you have installed.

Crazy thing is I tried Flash now a day later with protected mode on, and I am no longer having problems on Firefox. Will try safe mode if the problem reoccurs.

The last Flash update of 06 12 2012 caused Flash to stop working for me.
HTML5 sites still work just fine.
Disabling Realplayer corrected it.
Open Realplayer, select the top left corner drop down, Preferences, Download and Recording, deselect Enable Web Download.
It works but is not pretty and not acceptable, because Adobe should fix this.
