These are not Flash Player plugin installers and won't work in the browser.  Even if they were installers for the browser plugin, most browsers have removed support for Flash Player, so even if you were able to install Flash Player, the browser won't load it.

ok but if you need and you have an old version of browser you can still use flash... Windows 7 with a old chrome still work flash 😉
