Schockwaev flash has crashed

Everytime I trie to do something which requires Flash (for example:youtube) an error occures saying: Schockwave flash has crashes. It happens on chrome, firefox and IE (although I get an other error message in Firefox and IE, but still the same dead puzzlepice image)

I'd recommend starting with a clean install of Flash player
