This is my grandparents computer. I do not know what they did to it. This keeps popping up on the screen:

Hi,
If you're on Windows 8.1, Microsoft accidentally released the content debugger version of the Flash Player in the August Windows update (kb3087916), which may very well be the reason why you're seeing the error. You can install the latest update to Flash Player for Internet Explorer and it will revert back to the previous version. Microsoft will fix this soon in an update. To uninstall the update, go to Windows Update in the Control Panel and then select to view Installed Updates. Then look for the Security Update for Flash Player for Internet Explorer Update.
Thanks

I'm running IE 11 and having the same error message. I'm not seeing any Adobe Flash Player Updates for IE 11.

I uninstalled the KB3087916 security update but because of my update settings, it kept coming back until I had disabled automatic updating. Seems like this security update affects IE 11 as well as 8.1. So far seems to have eliminated the problem.
