Hi everyone:

I've got a problem with the Adobe Flash Player. My computer has just installed Windows 10 and can't watch movies on the website. It said that I need to install Adobe Flash Player, but I have already installed it when my computer was Windows 8! I clicked the link and it turned into a website telling me how to set up Flash Player on computers with Windows 10. I followed what it asked me to do and nothing has changed with the movie nor has the checking up result provided by your website! Can anyone tell me what I should do? Thanks very much!

Hi Maria,

Thanks for your reply,  I've got all the information you asked me to get, here they are:

  • I am using the administrator user accountï¼›
  • It is on  the Edge browser.
  • I clicked the first link you provided and got a screenshot of the result. I didn't see any version number, so I clicked the third link and saw the table. I'm an Edge user, so the version number is "21.0.0.213", right?

I have also gone to Adobe Flash Player issues with Windows 10 (Microsoft Edge) and had a screenshot of the result of "Test Flash player". I post the result together and I don't know if it is necessary for you.

Thanks for your help very much !

Yours

Bob Zhang

Hi,

Are there other users on the system?  If so, what account type are they and can they view Flash content?
