Shockwave Flash crash "BEX error"

Hi everyone,

    I'm working with Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and I installed the last version of Shockwave 12.1.3. But when I enabled this in my Internet Explorer 11 crash and not permit to open the IExplorer, always show the message making reference to BEX error.

Really is very important cause I'm installing one product for Citrix and we will publish the server like Windows 7. So a normal user will use the IExplorer to watch videos and if enable the toolbar again appear the message.

Please I hope receive help for us.
